Character Coaches

CHARACTER COACHES

CHARACTER COACHES are an extension of the FCA campus ministry. They are led by a FCA volunteer or staff member. A Character Coach can serve any athletic team on campus. They work in conjunction with the coach to schedule regular times to provide character talks.  

 ROLES OF A CHARACTER COACH:

Pair up with a local sports team to ENCOURAGE athletes, coaches and their families and SUPPORT staff.

Be AVAILABLE and equipped to assist in crisis situations.

PROVIDE training and resources for character development and life management skills.

COORDINATE special ministry/outreach events.

Currently, we have 20 Character Coaches on campuses throughout Frederick County!
