CAMPS
FCA has hosted Sports Camps for the past 57 years! Frederick Area and other FCA Camps within the Mid-Atlantic region are a great way to grow in your faith and your sport with other local and regional athletes!
CAMPUS
FCA on campuses takes place in huddles, which are regularly scheduled gatherings on campus or within the community that meet for the purpose of training, equipping and growing athletes and coaches in their faith to further impact the world around them.
COACHES
Billy Graham said, “A coach will impact more people in one year than the average person will in an entire lifetime.” At the heart of FCA are coaches. Our role is to minister to these men and women by encouraging and equipping them to know and serve Christ.
CHARACTER COACH
CHARACTER COACHES, or Team Chaplains, are an extension of the FCA campus ministry. They are led by a FCA volunteer or staff member. A Character Coach/Chaplain can serve any athletic team on campus.
COMMUNITY MINISTRY
Sport Specific/Community Ministry reaches coaches and athletes who compete in the club, rec, and youth sport environment. Almost 9 out of 10 athletes 18-and-under compete off-campus with teams not affiliated with their school.
WOMEN'S MINISTRY
Frederick's Women's Ministry supports female athletes, coaches, coaches’ wives, and moms of athletes. This ministry encourages women in the sports arena through bible studies, sports camps, resources, and connecting women together to strengthen their faith.
